About Great Scot Yacht Charters

Greatscot Yachting is a new name in yacht charter aimed at satisfying the discerning customers sailing requirements. We have a brand new Elan 410 and we utilise competent, experienced skippers.

We operate from the village of Hamble, with immediate access into Southampton Water and across the Solent to Cowes at all states of the tide. The Solent provides access to the English Channel at either end of the Isle of Wight, opening up cruising to Northern France, the Channel Islands and the West Country.

The Solent benefits from the close proximity of the Isle of Wight, so sheltering it from sea build up and stronger winds. Although it cannot be guaranteed the Solent generally provides a near ideal environment for Corporate Entertainment, Corporate days out, Team Building events, Training and Tuition

We cater for all sailing requirements from a day on the solent to a weeks regatta in Cowes or further afield. We deal with every request separately as we don’t offer a standard package and we believe all customers requirements are unique.

We also have access to other matched Elan 410’s so if you wanted a private regatta or a team building day we can utilise yacht racing in your team building or social event.

 During your time with us we will endeavour to make things as easy as possible for you from arranging maps/parking and even station pickups/taxis to all meals on board. Just let us know exactly what you want and we will supply.
